The Breakers
Meeting registration is required to confirm a room reservation in all blocks. Reservations without a corresponding meeting registration will be released.
For over 25 years, FSA has proudly hosted the Annual Meeting, at the Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, FL , bringing together experts and professionals for unparalleled education, collaboration, and innovation. The Breakers Palm Beach is a historic luxury resort known for its stunning oceanfront location, world-class amenities, and timeless Italian Renaissance architecture. Offering exceptional dining, a private beach, championship golf, and a renowned spa, it provides an unparalleled blend of elegance and relaxation.
The discounted FSA 2026 group rate is $330 per night for a standard room or $485 for a premium room. A credit card and a 1-night room deposit will be required to guarantee your reservation. There is a limit of one room per meeting registrant.
Updated Policy: As our conference continues to grow, we strive to accommodate as many attendees as possible. Each meeting registrant may reserve one room.
The following policies apply to room reservations:
- All reservations are NONREFUNDABLE after May 10, 2026
- A limit of one room per meeting registrant.
- A 1-night room deposit (excluding taxes) is required at the time of reservation.
- If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee applies.
- All reservations require a valid credit card and picture identification at the time of check-in.
Exhibitors – Please contact Jenay Root (jenay@fsahq.org) directly for assistance with room reservations rather than using the attendee booking link or contacting The Breakers. Individuals affiliated with a group who would still like to collect CME may register as an attendee and will have access to reserve a room, based on availability.
ADDITIONAL FSA DISCOUNTED HOTEL OPTIONS
Only registrants are eligible to reserve rooms within any of the FSA room blocks. The White Elephant and Brazilian Court hotels offer complimentary transportation that may be used to travel to the Breakers (individual pre-reservations may be required). Those who stay at one of the partner hotels will not have access to the Breaker amenities, but each hotel offers a wide variety of complimentary amenities.

White Elephant
The hotel is 0.5 miles to the Breakers, and is offering standard rooms and suites. Fully five-star renovated destination resort. Experience the timeless charm and elegance. Large room options, great for large parties.

Brazilian Court
Less than a mile from the Breakers. The Brazilian Court offers complimentary amenities such as yacht rides, bike rentals, outdoor pool and hot tub, beach chairs, and a game room. One room per meeting registrant. Deadline, May 15th. See the full list of amenities.
