Summary of Amendments to America's Affordable Health Choices Act (HR 3200)

The FSA is dedicated to being a premium open source of information on the issues facing our profession. The documents linked below were distributed by Democratic leadership today. They contain the summaries from the Tri-Committees of jurisdiction on health reform regarding the "key amendments" adopted to H.R. 3200. The Bill will not be brought to the house until September.The bi-partisan group are still working on an agreed Bill in the Senate that will not emerge until after the summer recess.
FSA members should if at all possible attempt to contact their Congresspersons during the summer recess when they may be in district to articulate the message positions of the ASA. You may want to refer to President Roger Moore's letter to the Senate Finance Committee
