Important Notes
- All meals during the FSA Annual Meeting are included in Attendee registration fees. Family members and other guests are welcome to attend FSA meal functions and social events by paying the specified registration fees in order to receive entry tickets. Click here for registration details and guest ticketing information.
- Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine can register just for the special set of lectures available on Saturday to help you reach your D.O. credit requirement.
- Thursday, June 7 before the meeting kicks off, gather your colleagues and enjoy an arranged tennis tournament or a golf outing on your own. The Breakers will assist a fun and friendly competition for you to take part in. If you are interested in participating in tennis, email us so we can compile a list of willing competitors!

Please review our invitation regarding our 2012 Poster and Abstracts. All abstracts must be submitted no later than March 16, 2012.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Hotel rooms are available until May 26, 2012 at the host hotel, The Breakers, at rates as low as $215/night plus taxes and fees. Please visit the online reservations page to reserve your room today. The block fills up quickly each year; it is common to experience room shortages on the most popular nights during our meeting as early as March. Please do not delay - reserve today!

Please note: Attendees and family members who stay at a hotel other than the Breakers, and travel daily to the Breakers for FSA annual meeting events, will still be responsible for parking fees at the Breakers at the applicable daily rates. The Breakers also reserves the right to limit access to their amenities (pools, beach, etc.) to their overnight guests.
